Hello: can someone tell me if the software NERO 4.0.9.1 is compatible with Windows XP. When I attempt to burn a CD I get a message that states Drive with source CD. If your CD-ROM drive does not appear in the drive list below then your CD-ROM drive is not directly supported by Nero and must be autodetected first (menu 'CD-Recorder' -> 'Autodetect CD-ROM')

I would suggest using a newer version of Nero as they are up to ver 6+. and it may have the support for your cd-rom burner.

You should be able to get an upgrade to 5.0.48.
