Sorting files order in win explorer and app focus question.
Hey all, I hope someone can help out with these. It's bugging me since I upgraded from 98SE to 2K ;( 1) You know in 98, when you sort by date. . it doesn't separate folders and files on top of each other.

1) You know in 98, when you sort by date..it doesn't separate folders and files on top of each other. In 2K, when your sort by date ascending..it'll place folders on top of the files, descending would put the files on top of the folders. I want the files and folders not to be separated.
2) Assuming every window on taskbar is NOT minimized. Minimizing an active window doesn't give focus to the window behind the one that is just minimized. I have to manually click on the window behind to put it in focus. This didn't happen in 98.
