Sound Blaster Live EAX sound racket !?!
This is a discussion about Sound Blaster Live EAX sound racket !?! in the Windows Hardware category; Hi. . . I buy a sound Blaster live value and my windows xp 2600 detect and install this card fine, four speakers works fine. So in Baldurs Gate with enviroment sound on when one of the personages says the sound is with a strange racket, if enviroment sound off the sound works ok ! So what ? I test with a sound card ...

I buy a sound Blaster live value and my windows xp 2600 detect and install this card fine, four speakers works fine.
So in Baldurs Gate with enviroment sound on when one of the personages says the sound is with a strange racket, if enviroment sound off the sound works ok ! So what ? I test with a sound card Genius live 5.1 and same problem in enviroment sound on.
I test with 2 speakers, headfones ... and nothing
Please any help is welcome

You may want to try turning down the bass a little bit. My Audigy sounds really bad if the bass is cranked up all the way on the analog speakers.
