Soundblaster Live 1024 (CT4830)
With Windows 98 I used my Soundblaster to configure midi sounds to multiple outlets (SB Live Out to my midi piano, and SB Live Synth to the internal card midi instruments. Thus I could configure both Live synth and Live Out to play together as midi arrived off net, or from selected midi play-lists.

Transferring the card to Windows XP forbids this possibility. Even with the update driver Creative Labs suggests, I still have to choose to hear midi either through the external piano (Kawai ES1) or through midi synth. (I can still edit to multiple channels on my Voyetra orchestrator, but this is only on a track by track basis, but I cannot produce configured play-lists this way).
Anybody have the same problem?
Anybody have a solution?
