I would have thought that the US version will work fine on a UK installation.
I've put aside tomorrow to evaluate SP2 before I roll it out to all my users, so I haven't had chance to try installing it yet.
Surely somebody from the UK must have tried the US one?

works a treat, but there are stories that this is a leaked version of sp2 (still final though).

It may be leaked, but it is on an official Microsoft server. And yes, it works fine on UK edition.

Thanks for the info, I am not to sure about risking it so I think I will wait for it to appear on the MS Site after all.
