No, you need 2002.
 
It probably actually DOES work, but Symantec disabled it.

Actually, it doesn't work. SpeedDisk is unique in that it doesn't use the defrag APIs provided by Microsoft as part of the operating system - they are doing "their own thing". As a result, any changes that MS makes to the underlying file system can cause problems with SpeedDisk.
