I have a dual boot system running on Windows 98SE and Windows 2000 SP4. Although I can play Shandalar with minimal and tolerable issues, my question is how do I get the really cool cards like The Abyss, Chains of Mephistopheles, Mana Drain, Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale, Underworld Dreams, Nether Void, Eureka, Chain Lightning, and if I may just mention a couple of particular legends, Gwendlyn Di Corci and Sol'kanar the Swamp King, to appear in Shandalar? I see they are included in the list of cards [Rarity.csv file inside the C:/Magic/Program directory]. I have tried modifying the different decks inside the "DECKS", "Old Decks", "Old Playdecks" and playdeck", folders but they still do not show. I did notice my opponent trying to cast a spell but it came out blank. No card name, no picture, no effect, no nothing. The mana was paid but nothing happened. Also, when I tried saving a deck I constructed which included some of the cards I mentioned, the Duel option of the game, [Gauntlet, Solo Duel, etc.] won't let me use my deck.
This game is pretty much awesome considering it's quite old. I think it would really kick ass if you can play ALL the cards it has to offer. Any help or advise regarding this issue will be very much appreciated. Happy duelling my fellow mages.

As an added note, my Shandalar opponents get a little nitrous boost from me. I have edited most of their decks with my own touch of their own themes. It makes the game a lot harder but it sure makes it much more enjoyable. Try it yourself. =)
To do so, just edit the decks inside the "DECKS" folder, [in general, C:/Magic/Program directory]. You need to take note of the dotted numbers before the cards because its the card's own unique identifier. After this, you're in for a tough Shandalar experience.
