Startup Problem

About 3 out of 4 attempts to start win2k give me the following blue screen error: Stop: 0x00000067 (0x00000004, 0x00000007, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) CONFIG_INITIALIZATION_Failed When I do get it to start, it seems to work OK.

About 3 out of 4 attempts to start win2k give me the following blue screen error:

Stop: 0x00000067 (0x00000004, 0x00000007, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
CONFIG_INITIALIZATION_Failed

When I do get it to start, it seems to work OK. How do I go about troubleshooting this? Any ideas about what it could be?

I got the same error and what I found out is that either you have a device driver conflict (Meaning that the driver wasn't written for 2000) or you have a resource or device conflict. Remember to turn off PnP in the Bios and turn off all bios shadowing. Also pull one card from the board and see what happens. Go to safe mode and reinstall the culprit.
