"State of Emergency" Wont Run!

This is a discussion about "State of Emergency" Wont Run! in the Windows Games category; I can't get State of Emergency to Run! Is there a patch or method I should follow to run it? I have an SiS utility card, Win XP and Intel P4 computer. Can someone please help me with this? I really want to play this game.
