STB Velocity 4400 NTSC under NT 4.0

This is a discussion about STB Velocity 4400 NTSC under NT 4.0 in the Windows Hardware category; Has ANYONE managed to successfully enable the TV out function of this card, as I have loaded the latest nVidia driver available, with no result. TVtool is also completely unresponsive, as it will not even execute.

Happy Update..... After Swapping monitors and Dropping 1 DDC pin in my VGA, TVtool now seems to be working flawlessly. It appears that the 4400's output architecture didn't play nice with my monitors in stock configuration. Thanks anyway!!
