Connection accepted by 222. 184. 20. 138:27018 = Server is running at 371 fps with WinHL-Booster.
I TRY TO CONNECT AND THIS HAPPENS

Sounds like a problem at Steam's end rather than your end. Try later.
Also, make sure your Steam.exe is allowed through by any Firewall software and make sure no VPN connections are installed as that can mess things up.

Can someone help me to install counter strike on Linux. So i can play!?
For the Steam error try the following:
If restarting Steam does not resolve the issue, please exit Steam and delete the following files:
Steam.dll
SteamUI.dll
ClientRegistry.Blob
These will be found under your Steam installation directory - by default, this will be C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\ (this may vary if you specified a different installation folder, or if you have moved your Steam installation).
