Umm, that's an old worm that's attacking your system. But what I don't understand, is why you would have Windows Server 2003, and yet have no basic protection from (or even be aware of) this worm. You should probably stick to XP Home and get ZoneAlarm (or some other consumer level) firewall immediately.

Yes this is a worm called MSBLAST. It is not that old (about 3 months). What you will need to do is run your antivirus update and then scan your machine. If you do not have an antivirus you can goto this link and get a removal tool http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/FixBlast.exe

Then what I would do is goto this link http://grc.com/files/DCOMbob.exe and run dcombob. You can disable the RPC service with this tool. Only about 2% of the entire Windows community ever use this service so you will be fine to disable it.

Good Luck.

Log in. QUICKLY go to start>run>cmd
then type in shutdown -a
this will stop the 60 second shutdown timer and allow you to do youw windows updates.

Turn on your firewall too, server 2003 comes with one built in.
