Most of use can Send and Receive without problems, but some of the employees that use Laptops can only Send, but not Receive.

Most of use can Send and Receive without problems, but some of the
employees that use Laptops can only Send, but not Receive..
But If they Send a message to themself they will Receive it.. ( go figure )
I checked the Settings and Messenger is set to automatic, So I assume
its not turned off..
How can I fix this problem?

A firewall is probably activated on the laptops.
