This is the General Live Update Manual Update, so I'm guessing this works for NAV 2003/2004, Norton Anti Spam 2004 & SAV Corporate 8.1x among other products...

This link explain the culprit, though I really doubt that they are telling the whole truth
Dont try to update the `common client updats` as indicated by LiveUpdate, I tried on Liveupdate 1.8 and 2.0, they all produce the same hassles. take care, thats not the whole truth in front of you.
