System hangs on boot, unless I choose logged boot
This is a discussion about System hangs on boot, unless I choose logged boot in the Windows Software category; My system is doing something very odd. If you boot normally, the blue bar only goes up half-way and disk activity stops. Just stays hung. If I press F8, then do a logged boot, it boots up fine. Any ideas? If not, is there a way to force it to automatically do logged boots?.

not that my comment will help your problem, but reinstalling or repairing Win2k would probably fix it, whenever i got a problem that keeps me from using my computer i just normally reinstall anyway, although i haven't had to in over 4 months
