system is stucked with blue screen
The Session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down. even the system is stucked not changing the blue screen and even i tried to install the new xp even though it is not done.

Check your IDE cables. This post ( http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/thread-526663.php) showed that one responder found it to be a faulty IDE cable.
