System Restore Component

I have turned it off, but just wanna know if any way to get it out of the sytem. Automated install scripts uses components. Any know the component name for system restore.

I think there is a RunDLL command you can use which automatically either removes it, or makes it available to remove unde Add/Remove programs. I know MSN messenger has this, and I am pretty sure System Restore has an INF file somewhere which can be edited to forcefully remove it.
