Systray Launcher

This is a discussion about Systray Launcher in the Windows Software category; I was doin the setup of Windows 2000 install. and i came to where i could see any software that would need to be updated etc. . and there is a sectiin called Hardware acessories and in the category there said (Systray Launcher)on Start Menu) what exactly is this refering to that I can not run.

Im clueless thanks
