Even Dell doesn't take this into account when sending out replacement motherboards for these little animals. I have seen more than one failure after a motherboard was replaced using the same thermal pad.

When I connect to my VCR 1 S - video cable to my computer, I received a black and white screen. No Color.
The card is a Radeon 9600 board.
Now, I have heard that this problem may be I want to change the PAL standard setting nsct. But I can change, but when I turn off the screen option to switch back to automatic Toth PAL_B.
