The Download From Server is Slow

Helo I Have Server 2003 SBS and Station XP Pro When I Download File From The Server To The Xp client The Download Is Slow When I Do On The Contrary The File His Transfer Him Faster What I can do to fix this?

Maybe the server's network card needs setting to a specific setting e.g. 100Mbps/Full Duplex rather than auto-negotiate, that should improve performance.

No the server network work 10/100mps because there are atools
can work onle 10mps
only the last month is work slow..?
