Heyy guys. There's this thing about the Sims 2. And I'd been waiting for about a few months to GET the game. Once I'd got it, me and muah sister installed it. we were both excited. but i was really unhappy because it said: Could Not Load Game or summit abd it said u must install directx 9.

Once I'd got it, me and muah sister installed it. we were both excited. but i was really unhappy because it said: Could Not Load Game or summit abd it said u must install directx 9.0. or wat eva. so i went to install it and wen i went on "My Computer" it couldnt find the drectx thing! So can someone help me? cause by the time it's got working.....we need to find: Uni, Night Life, Open For Buisness and Family Fun Stuff! So can someone help me? I really want to play it. By the way i've got Windows 98. Does that help? But inside the booklet it says: XP, 2000 AND 98 can install this game. But on the back of the CD case it says: windows 2000 and XP have the rights to install the game. Does this help? PLZ HELP ME!!! ;( ;( :x :x :x

Give your system specifications. Most important is the graphics card.
You can download program called Sandra lite and use it to find out more about your system.

The DirectX is on The Sims CD 1, in folder called DirectX. Execute dxsetup.exe and reboot your computer if required.
