i have a brand new computer with more than enough spec required
Micrisoft xp home edition
- Intel Pentium 4 519 Processor
- 3.0GHz, 533MHz FSB, 1 MB Cache
- 1024MB DDR RAM
- 160GB Hard Disk Drive
- Multi-Format Dual Layer DVD-RW Drive
- 256MB GE Force 6200 Graphics

You said you installed the latest graphics driver?
Did you download it from Nvidia?
Sometimes the newest graphics drivers don't always work out and you may have better luck using the drivers that came on the CD with the graphics card.
If you don't have the original graphics card CD then try earlier Nvidia drivers.

I tried up[censored] my graphics card but I have the latest driver.
the driver was older than the one I already got.
