the sims 2 versus voodoo 3
This is a discussion about the sims 2 versus voodoo 3 in the Windows Networking category; I am having the same problem as another person only i have a different graphics card. . . it is a voodoo3 3500 3dfx I cant seem to find a driver that is compatible with directx 9. 0c. . . as when I try play the sims 2 it comes up with a message reading: Failed to find any DirectX 9.

as when I try play the sims 2 it comes up with a message reading:
Failed to find any DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapters in the system! Please make sure you have a DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapter and have installed the latest drivers provided by the manufacturer.
I have awaited the sims 2 for quite some time and am highly frustrated... please help!

Sorry to say but it is time to upgrade that video card. It won't support DX9c so you are out of luck.
