The Sims Deluxe
This is a discussion about The Sims Deluxe in the Windows Games category; So I installed The Sims Deluxe again the other day, and after installation (no problems) I attempted to play the game. After loading, it reaches the first screen, the neighborhood, where you choose a house plot.
So I installed The Sims Deluxe again the other day, and after installation (no problems) I attempted to play the game. After loading, it reaches the first screen, the neighborhood, where you choose a house plot. Immediately after reaching it though, it crashes back to the desktop, with no error messages. I have the latest graphics drivers, and have deleted my virtual drives, but to no avail. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks.

Does your event viewer show anything? You can get there by clicking Start | Run, and typing in eventvwr and hit Enter. Check through the logs to see if it shows anything related to the crash.
