Has anyone managed to get TIE fighter working on Windows XP pro? Its the DOS CD version (I think)
 
My installation is working except for the Joystick (Wingman Attact, its an analogue one so it should work OK, and did in win98)
 
The joystick is functioning (I tested it in the game controller control panel), but just not in the game, where its obviosly needed. It also doesn't work with X-Wing (again the DOS CD version, not collectors edition)
 
If no-one has got it working, it there a version of TIE Fighter and X-Wing that will work on XP.
 
If some one has got it working, can they post what steps they took?
