I am having trouble running Toca Race Driver
when i go to launch the game the screen goes black as if its going to start the game then the system returns to the desktop - no error messages appear or anything the game simply doesnt run!
i have got the latest video card drivers (ATI Radeon 7500)
i have disabled all antivirus and firewall software
i have closed down as many applications running in the background as possible
the game comes with its own version of direct x so thats up to date
i have tried downloading the latest drivers for my motherboard but it is a SIS chipset and the website does not have any drivers for my model of motherboard!
help!!

Sorry can't help you with your problem . . . but I would like to know more about this game! Is that the new one? Cause I have both TOCA and TOCA2 and always liked the game a lot. But last I heard, the next racing game Codemasters was going to make was only for the gameboxes - and was not even going to be a TOCA based one either.

Toca Race Driver or its also known as Pro Race Driver its excellent!!

its fine i have managed to solve the problem - it was down to the physical memory being faulty! - well i think it was, i took the memory out and reset it in my motherboard and it works perfectly now!!
