Tom Clancy's SSN on XP

I used to play this game (Tom Clancy's SSN) all the time on my old windows 95 machine, and that one no longer works. i love the game, and i really want to play it, but i cant get it to work on XP at all.

I used to play this game (Tom Clancy's SSN) all the time on my old windows 95 machine, and that one no longer works. i love the game, and i really want to play it, but i cant get it to work on XP at all. i have searched all over the place, and many people say it works in compatability mode. well i have tried compatabillity mode for 95, 98, 2k and none work. i have also tried disabling hardware acceleration and running in low res with 256 colors and everything else. i dont know what else to do, any ideas? really appreciate it.
