tombraider chronicles

This is a discussion about tombraider chronicles in the Windows Games category; I recently bought tombraider chronicles but unfortunatly when the game tries to launch, i get an error message and it closes. i downloaded the compatability update from microsoft but that does not seem to help either.

I recently bought tombraider chronicles but unfortunatly when the game tries to launch, i get an error message and it closes. i downloaded the compatability update from microsoft but that does not seem to help either. Ive also got tombraider 3 and i had to use a hex editor to make it work, is there a similar solution to make it work? if not is there anything else i should try?
