There is a promotion going on here this weekend offering:
P4 1.4 GHz
Motherboard
128 RDram
Case/PSU
for around US$210

no brands were mentioned for the motherboard/ram or case...
they are only offering 100 units for Saturday and 100 for Sunday.

nevertheless, I will definetly go and check it out and pick one up for myself if possible. Too bad only 1 unit per person.

I like that price!!
Wonder if it's worth my flying over to the states later on - nah, probably not - but a bargain I say.

Make sure the RDRAM is PC800 not PC600. That will kill the performance. Yeah, definitely go look at it first and make sure it's a good name: Asus, Abit, MSI, Iwill, or Tyan. Better yet, make sure you can see the name on the mobo, it should be between the PCI slots.
It does look like a good deal, but still, tred the waters carefully...

Man, this is too good to be true. Motherboard, P4 CPU, and Case w/ Power supply for around $210? No way! CPU itself is worth at least $210.
