I have 2 custom toolbars on my desktop in addtion to the taskbar, set to autohide & always on top. However when playing a full screen OpenGL game e.g Quake 3, i can still see the top edges of the toolbars at the bottom and side of my screen.

Turn off Always on Top for the toolbars or try some different drivers.
