Toshiba 512MB Gigabeat

This is a discussion about Toshiba 512MB Gigabeat in the Windows Hardware category; I just bought a Toshiba 512MB gigabeat mp3 player and i installed Windows Media Player 10 and downloaded songs. But after a couple of times I could not sync any more songs onto the mp3. It says that it cannot find the mp3 and to refresh it but that doesn't work.

I just bought a Toshiba 512MB gigabeat mp3 player and i installed Windows Media Player 10 and downloaded songs. But after a couple of times I could not sync any more songs onto the mp3. It says that it cannot find the mp3 and to refresh it but that doesn't work. It then says that there is an unknown error and that the nature of it cannot be communicated.
