Transparency in Win2k

This is a discussion about Transparency in Win2k in the Windows Software category; I noticed in some reviews that you could set certain windows to be transparent or see-through by using a third party program. Does anyone know a program that will do this?.

Well, what is there to be updated? And you don't think it's slow??? I've tried using it with many different alpha values (from <100 to 255) and it's slow with all of them... (C550Mhz, 256MB, GeForce...)
