(Either DOS or win95 version). Ive been using 2000 for ages now so ive had to live without transport tycoon for a while Thanks.

You will have to live without Transport Tycoon DeLuxe Windows Version until you decide to Multiboot I am afraid.
I have installed Beta1, Beta2 and RC1 of Windows XP, and ALL three versions give exactly the same problem as Windows 2000, even if you try to run the game in compatability-mode.
I'm very sorry, it will simply not run....I have "solved" the issue by using FAT32 as my filesystem, and using a home-made Windwows 98 bootdisk to play the DOS version. For the Windows version you will need a Windows 95, 98, or ME partition to boot from, it will not run in Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
I am a HUGE fan of Transport Tycoon, and i am just as dissapointed as you are, but we will have to live with it.
