Trashy right click menu ?!
This is a discussion about Trashy right click menu ?! in the Windows Software category; Uninstalled Cute FTP & my Right Click menu still has the option to 'Edit with Cute HTML'. My default HTML editor is another program; how the heck do I delete trash entries from my Right Click menu ?! This reminds me of Adobe GoLive 4's tendency to remain in the right-click menu after uninstallation.

Open up Windows Explorer:
Tools -> Folder Options -> File Types:
Scroll down to HTML, and select ADVANCED.
This shows you all the options you will have when you right click this file type. Just select the option you want to change (say EDIT) and change the path to the program that that function executes.
You'll have to do this for every file type effected.

OP
Gotcha; however, I ran regedit & deleted every instance of 'Edit with CuteHTML' that I found a few minutes back; thanx anyway.
