I've got a TV tuner card using brooktree 878 chipset. is there any software or driver that will work on this chip? the company that make this card is TV Excel. .

Although the program is in German, it's pretty easy to figure out.

Try www.hauppauge.de ! They offer software in different languages and a very good driver and software support! I can´t promise that the driver will work, because I own a hauppauge tv-card. But the chipset on these tv-cards is a bt878.
Dscaler beats any other TV software hands over fist, and its freeware too.
