TV-out with STB and win2k

This is a discussion about TV-out with STB and win2k in the Windows Hardware category; i have a STB velocity 4400 and im running win2000. How do i get tv-out to work,since nvidia's driver doesnot have that option And STB dont have any drivers for win2k.
