win 2000 is a little heavy is it tweakable just like win 98 or millenium?? without thousands of tweak programs running on backward of course is there registry tweaking with hiddens settings? (cache etc.

In my opinion, W2k is more tweakable than any 9x kernel. At http://www.ars-technica.com/tweak/nt/index.html there are many NT4 tweaks that work in W2k as well. Also, get the resource kit, it has enough toys to keep you busy for days.
