Uninstall 3dstudiomax 4.0
I can't uninstall 3dstudiomax 4. 0! When I try to uninstall system (windows 2000) lokks for 3dsmaxsetup. msi but then says is not a valid installation package for the product 3ds max 4. Try to find 3dsmaxsetup.
I can't uninstall 3dstudiomax 4.0! When I try to uninstall system (windows 2000) lokks for 3dsmaxsetup.msi but then says "is not a valid installation package for the product 3ds max 4. Try to find 3dsmaxsetup.msi in a folder from which you can install 3ds max 4".
Could be because I installed it in D instead of C?

The uninstall procedure is looking for the original .msi installation package. In order to uninstall this correctly, you may need to have the CD in the drive, or reinstall the application, then attempt uninstallation again.
Yes, try reinstalling (installing to the same location) and then uninstalling.

How about if you delete (via Windows Explorer) the program folder, and try to reinstall, then uninstall?
