Unique problem with Nvidia MX4000

I have this unique problem (at least i think it's unique) with the 3D FUZION GeForce MX4000 card. I got this cheap card just because it has a tv-out port and it was cheap ($49) and installed it on my spare computer (i used this PC just to download movies) everything went smooth until i tried to play avi files.

I have this unique problem (at least i think it's unique) with the 3D FUZION GeForce MX4000 card. I got this cheap card just because it has a tv-out port and it was cheap ($49) and installed it on my spare computer (i used this PC just to download movies) everything went smooth until i tried to play avi files.I selected "CLONE" in the "nView Display Settings" making my CRT my primary display and TV my secondary. For some reason when i play an avi file, it only displayed it in my CRT but not in my TV (simultaneously).I only see the black box where the video is supposed to be playing. Now when I switch the "nView" mode and I make my TV my primary display and my CRT secondary, I see the video in my TV but not in my CRT. It displayed all other video formats with no problems except avi's.

These are the things that I tried already with no success:

1-Played the avi files in defferent players (BSPlayer, Media
Player Classic, etc)
2-Tried different Nvidia drivers (the latest Forceware v78.01 & a
older one that i have in another computer with a GeForce MX
440, v69.9 which doesn't have this problem)
3-Unistalled & installed many times.
4-Tried in different OS's Windows 2000 & Windows XP,Windows XP
Professional.
5-Tried all possible combinations in the "Advance Display
Properties" and "nView Display Settings"
6-Updated my codecs pack (I have K-Lite Mega Codec Pack v1.37)
(I also tried with v1.33)
7-Updated all my video players.
8-Update DirectX to v9.0c (tried it with DirectX 8.1)
9-Changed BIOS Settings.
10-Tried in 3 different PC's.
11-(Can't remember all !!!)

I don't know if anybody out there has or had the same problem or maybe my card is just fu**ed up. Can somebody please help me!!!!
(If you need more info i'll be happy to provide it)
I would also appreciate it if you could recommend a few cards with a TV-out port under $60 (I don't plan on using it for hardcore gaming, maybe a few kids games like Disney's)
