Well I bought the monitor that one may require, on the weekend.

Currently running 1600 x 1200 32bit 100Hz
Can do 2048x1536 60Hz max, but I won't use anything under 85Hz. I don't have much other hardware worthy of the "battle of the computers" thread but this'll do. Got it for $AU400 ex gov't. There's something disturbingly satisfying about shooting things at 1600x1200.

Looks very promising, lets hope that Unreal 3 and the next edition of Unreal Tournament make good use of it.
I won't be impressed, until it actually comes out. I remember when people were oooohing and ahhhhing when the unreal engine 2 was being talked about. Hmmm. Thas also reminds me when people were ooohing and ahhhing about VGA first coming out.
