But you are in Canada? is this one of those USA Vs Canada things that I wouldn't understand?
To disable CloneCd, click Start/Run/ type msconfig
Go into Startup tab
Untick the box next to Clone CD. Reboot.
Job done
If that fails, uninstall it.
If you need it reinstall it.
