What is the error?
Do you mean the runtime package or programming environment?

Is the error:
"C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.nt. The System File Is Not
Suitable For Running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
Applications" or something like that?
 
If it is do this:
 
Copy 'autoexec.nt', 'config.nt' files from 'c:\windows\repair' to 'c:\windows\system32'.
