Hi, I took a full image of my hard drives with Norton Ghost 9. 0 and when I restored my C drive (Windows Xp Professional) it worked , but when I tried to restore other drives this error accured : Unable to open image file.

Hi,
I took a full image of my hard drives with Norton Ghost 9.0 and when I restored my C drive (Windows Xp Professional) it worked , but when I tried to restore other drives this error accured :
Unable to open image file...error:EA390727...
what can I do...I have very important informations on my drives...how can I take back my files ?!?
PLEASE HELP ME...
