First off, title your threads, this could have been "Bin file question" or some such, makes it easier for us that want to help, some guys are better at certain things, they'll bee-line for your thread. Just a heads-up.
Next, a "bin" file is a CD image. The software that came with your CD burner should be able to handle a "bin" file, it's the same as an ISO basically. The free software came with your CD burner.
Slam a CD in the drive, open the software, burn the bin, you're done.
