Hi all, I´ve got 2 little problems. 1) My power saving mode (monitor power settings) does not work for some or the other reason, it does not matter what timeout I select or which option, and neither does my screen saver, it just doesn´t go on or off or whatever.

I´ve got 2 little problems.
1) My power saving mode (monitor power settings) does not work for some or the other reason, it does not matter what timeout I select or which option, and neither does my screen saver, it just doesn´t go on or off or whatever.
2) I've connected my TV to the PC so that I can watch movies in bed but its only in black and white and no matter what I do I cant get it in color. I downloaded TV Tool but it does not work either. Its S-Video.
