I am running Windows XP Pro and having problems recognising my Sony DSCW1 camera.
My motherboard is an ASUS A7V333 with 2 USB1.1 and 2 USB 2.0 ports.
When i plug my camera into the USB ports I receive the error message:
'Hi Speed USB device Pluggin in to a non Hi-Speed USB hub'
When I look into Device Manager it lists all these ports as working properly.
I have been told to update my bios but have not a clue on how to do this.
My present Bios is Version 1006 dated 04/17/2002
Any advice on this subject would be gratefully appreciated.
Thanks
wallie
