This is a discussion about Untitled thread in the Windows Hardware category; My RAID controller is: HPT372 UDMA/ATA133 RAID (last software version) I have two HardDisk on RAID: the first is Maxtor 120gb 7200rpm ATA133 8mb of buffer (connected on IDE3). The second is 120gb Seagate 7200rpm ATA100 8mb of buffer (connected on IDE4).

RAID 0, Block size: 64k
Motherboard: ABIT K7D-RAID (with last bios)
Take a look at this test. Mainly the write speed!
What could causing this ?

you r supposed to use 2 of the same hdd in raid
