When trying to down load a file off of the internet and I try to create a new folder in My Documents to down load the file to the computer locks up. I can create file folders any other way and it works fine.
When trying to down load a file off of the internet and I try to create a new folder in My Documents to down load the file to the computer locks up. I can create file folders any other way and it works fine. Is this an Explorer problem. Running XP service patch one and Explorer 6.0, 3.2 intel with 1 gig of ram.
