Hi, I'm trying to install the 64bit xp and within the first 2 mins this is the screen I get repeatedly. Its going to ATA on K8NE and 3200 AMD 64 Graphics is Asus AX800 Pro and a gig of identical ram Any help no matter how small would be appreciated.

First, I would suggest that you title the thread as you might get a bit more help.
You may try this:

Also, ensure you have the latest BIOS release for your board.
Then and my guess from the looks of it, the board has ATA controller, SATA controller, and onboard RAID as well? What connection and in what configuration do you have the hard drives installed? That is likley my guess as to why you are having issues. You will need to get the proper 64bit drivers for the mode you are using and press F6 during setup ,you will need a floppy (or create a custom install CD) to supply the drivers to the OS, I have heard that a USB floppy will work too, but I can't confirm.
