upgrading WinME from MSDN Beta 3

A while ago I downloaded the WinME Beta 3 from the MSDN site for some testing. I dualbooted it w/ Win2k and haven't used it since. Turns out that it had a time limit on it for use, so now when I try to boot into WinME I get a blank screen w/ a blinking cursor.

Turns out that it had a time limit on it for use, so now when I try to boot into WinME I get a blank screen w/ a blinking cursor. I do have a retail copy of the os now and I was wondering if there's an easy way to just upgrade... or do I have to start from scratch?
